Job Description

Your Role
- Leading user communication via emails, live chats & calls
- Ensuring minimum turnaround time for resolving user queries & complaints
- Delivering the best-in-class service in the most friendly and timely manner
- Suggesting process & product improvements based on user feedback
- Assisting the team in reporting & analysis
- Being a team player and learning from your peers
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to remain calm, cordial and friendly under stress
