Job Description – Customer Experience Specialist
- You will be part of the “OneCard Accelerate Program” which will give you an opportunity to accelerate in your career with the continuous guidance, mentoring, on the job training and upskilling for various role within the organization.
- You will be the internal champion of customer accounts, driving product adoption, usage and business focus through email, chat and calls
- You will be an information resource expert, providing dedicated support to customers
- You will collaborate closely with operations, product and engineering teams, to build, drive and improve tools and processes for quicker issue resolution
- You will own the key success metrics for respective CSAT
- You will be responsible for customer retention by stopping churn by adopting proactive approach of “Customer First”
Eligibility
- Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and active listening)
- Eagerness to learn about the company’s products and their capabilities
- Develops positive relationships with customers that promote retention and loyalty, to have a strong customer lifetime value
